Do you offer therapy in person in Lexington, KY?
Yes. In-person therapy is available at the Lexington office. The full office address is listed on the location page, and scheduling details can be discussed during the consultation.
Do you offer telehealth therapy?
Yes. Telehealth is available throughout Kentucky and in participating PSYPACT states. PSYPACT is an interstate agreement that allows eligible psychologists to provide telehealth across participating states when clinically appropriate.
What happens during the free 15-minute consultation?
The consultation is a brief conversation about what you are looking for, whether Anchored Psychology may be a good fit, fees, availability, and next steps.
Do I need to know exactly what kind of therapy I need before reaching out?
No. You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is wrong or know which treatment approach fits best. The consultation can help clarify whether Anchored Psychology is the right match for your concerns.
What concerns does Anchored Psychology specialize in?
Anchored Psychology provides therapy for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), OCD-related concerns, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma, depression, grief, life transitions, and pregnancy or postpartum mental health concerns.
What age groups do you work with?
Dr. Kelly works with children as young as age 6, teens, and adults seeking structured, compassionate therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
Anchored Psychology does not bill insurance directly. Superbills may be provided when requested for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
When are fees discussed?
The current session fee, superbill options, limited reduced-fee availability, and payment details can be discussed during the free 15-minute consultation.
Is sliding scale available?
Sliding scale may be available for clients with financial need, though availability is limited. You can ask about current options during the consultation process.
