Dr. Alexandra Kelly, licensed psychologist at Anchored Psychology in Lexington, KY

Dr. Kelly's work centers on evidence-based treatment delivered with respect for the whole person. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and paced with attention to your readiness, goals, and real life outside the therapy room.

Therapy may include identifying patterns that reinforce symptoms, practicing new responses, building confidence with uncertainty, and supporting meaningful change between sessions. Sessions are guided by clinical expertise and your lived experience. You do not have to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is wrong to begin therapy!

Clients can expect care that is clear and active without feeling cold or overly clinical. The aim is to help clients understand what keeps distress stuck and build skills that make daily life feel less constrained.

Dr. Kelly's approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each individual, helping clients build resilience, advocate for their mental and physical health, and work toward lasting wellbeing.
