Education, training, and clinical experience
Dr. Kelly earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky and completed an APA-accredited clinical internship through the University of Kentucky Internship Consortium Program in 2023.
Her internship included clinical training experiences at Women's Health - Primary Care, Orofacial Pain, the University of Kentucky Counseling Center, and Eastern State Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility.
Dr. Kelly has significant experience treating adults and children with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, adjustment concerns, mood disorders, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, and trauma-related disorders. She is trained in evidence-based treatments including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
Licensure, telehealth access, and inclusive care
Dr. Kelly is licensed in Kentucky and has the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) in participating PSYPACT states under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact.
